Kits & More by JMC collects only the information needed to deliver the newsletter, understand which pages and links are useful, and support customers.
Newsletter information
When you sign up, we store your email address, consent time, signup source and page, subscription status, unsubscribe information, and free-book delivery status.
Your email is used for the Kits & More newsletter and relevant shop news. It is not sold or shared for advertising.
Website measurement
We count page visits and selected link clicks so we can improve the website. A random browser identifier is converted to a one-way hash before storage to provide an approximate unique-visitor count. We do not store your IP address in our analytics table.
Payments and book orders
Direct digital-ebook checkout is handled by Stripe. Kits & More stores the checkout-session identifier, purchased product, amount, currency, payment status, customer email supplied to Stripe, payment-intent identifier, and download timestamps needed to verify the order and enforce the one-download limit. Amazon handles purchases made through Amazon links. Kits & More does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Unsubscribing changes your status so you are not included in future sends.
You may ask to review or delete newsletter information associated with your email by contacting kits.morebyjmc@gmail.com.
Security and retention
Subscriber exports and the owner dashboard require authorized sign-in and an owner allowlist. Paid downloads require a paid order recorded from a signed Stripe notification, work once, are not cached, and are revoked when a refund or dispute is reported. The website sends browser security headers that restrict framing and unnecessary device permissions.
Records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, purchase support and accurate unsubscribe handling.
