What hosts should know
Clear requirements make better learning days.
Participant kits
The minimum participant count is also the minimum number of kits the host purchases. Final numbers are due 21 days before the event.
Travel and additional fees
Travel, lodging, meals, parking, baggage, freight and kit shipping are separate. Mileage is $0.88/km round trip. A separate travel day is $480 and overtime is $150/hour.
Ribbon skirt venue setup
The host supplies one safe, working sewing machine per participant, plus tables, chairs, power, extension cords, irons, ironing stations, good lighting and on-site support.
Deposits and scheduling
A 50% facilitator deposit holds the date. The balance is due 14 days before travel. Quotes remain valid for 30 days.
